These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stellar POS application and website operated by Stellar POS ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Stellar POS you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Service

Stellar POS is a business-facing point-of-sale platform. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Subscription & Billing

Stellar POS is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Pricing is as listed on our website and may change with 30 days notice.

All fees are charged in USD. No refunds are provided for partial months.

3. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, a subscription is required to continue using the service.

Your use of Stellar POS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store your business data securely and do not sell it to third parties.

6. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using payment features you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for payment processing errors or card network decisions.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the service ends and we may delete your data after 30 days.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
